4d6, then 6d6, 8d6, 12d6....and then your GM starts to throw the dice right into your face while coloring in a crater on the map.
I am basing this off of the progression of natural attacks from the improved natural attack feat. Slightly different, but the progression of weapon damage seems to be the same. There is probably a more official chart somewhere else. Anyway, all of those number might not apply since there is a bit of a hard cap on size, if only because things get weird and abstract after that. Then again.... anyone want to play a godzilla themed pathfinder game?

Ohhh! Ohhh! I do!! Pick me!!
Ill be the orc synthesist with the large and huge evolutions and a permenant enlarge person cast on me wielding a colossal bastard sword 2-handed XD
Have the eilodon look exactly like me just really really big.

Does enlarge person enlarge your eidolon though? If you cast it on yourself, you will become large but your eidolon is still huge, even though it acts more like a suit.
I would really lovefor paizo to just put out a comprehensive list of damage die progression for each different die you can have with a medium sized weapon/natural weapon. That would save me a lot of guesswork, when coming up with unique giant and titan npcs.

Damage dice increase as follows: 1d2, 1d3, 1d4, 1d6, 1d8, 2d6, 3d6, 4d6, 6d6, 8d6, 12d6.
A weapon or attack that deals 1d10 points of damage increases as follows: 1d10, 2d8, 3d8, 4d8, 6d8, 8d8, 12d8.
Granted, it's listed in Improved Natural Attack in the Monster Feats, so it's easy to miss.
