Aquatic or Storm druid?

Skull & Shackles

Any advice on which archetype might work better for the campaign? (Without spoilers, I'm wondering if there'll be enough time actually spent *in* the water to give the aquatic druid the advantage.)

Spoiler free as possible:

You will spend a lot more time under water in the first few books, than (possibly, depending, etc.) in the later books.

However, either Archetype is an equally strong choice for this campaign. Develop the rest of your character and (s)he may end up making the choice for you...

As for the animal companion, Flyers (Seabirds, etc) or semi-aquatic animals (snapping turtle/aligator/otter, etc.) are good areas to find a companion.

Although the Druid that played (for a little while) in my game took the extra domain instead.
