So, I was trying to figure out a way to make an alchemist that transforms into an insectoid form (similar to Baxter Stockman or Seth Brundle from The Fly) but the closest thing I can find is the Beastmorph archetype. Is there another archetype that might work better or should I just try and create my own?
I don't think there is anything closer than that...
This might be of help when designing a new archetype/tweaking the beastmorph.
Beast Morph does it pretty well I think. Just flavor the transformations as insectiod, take some choice mutating discoveries. Growing wings and extra arms are great evolutions after all, and those arms can hold things or wield a shield if I remember right.
Edit: if using natural attacks helmet of the Mammoth Lord is nifty.
