I couldn't help but think about the somewhat prominent presents of guns in the game and I started to wondering; with minimal rules creation and change, could the world of Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust now be done? Your opinions please, but please save specific new rules for later if/when I create a conversion thread.

I'm inclined to say yes. Just explain some of the more elaborate or expansive vampiric powers as vampires with class levels.
I didn't read to heavy into the vehicle rules but they and the cannon rules should cover the one group's war wagon.
D himself would be a Damphir who took some of the Damphir feats as well as levels in either Inquisitor but most likely Ranger.
