OK, so did some caltulations with my character and its apparent to me that the variables involved with damage are extremely high the higher you go in level. Currently I am lvl 25 (12 ninja, 8 fighter, 5 inquisitor).
My +to damage is 36 after everything is added and I am throwing everything I've got at them.
This is the formula I am using to determine damage: DMG=(36*hits)+(1d8*hits)+(holy=2d8*hits)+(bane=2d8*hits)+(sneak=8d6*hits)
In a full attack I can land a total of 8 arrows from 7 attacks when using a ki point, manyshot, and rapid shot.
This give me the following numbers:
With no sneak:
Min - 328
Max - 554
Crit max - 1248
With sneak:
Min - 376
Max - 880
Crit max - 1584
Of course these numbers assume best case scenario. That being said, I can't help but notice that landing everything have a huge difference depending on the dice rolls.
Other players I'm my GRP have characters built in such a way that they roll 1 die a hit for damage and their minimum is closer to my max but their max isn't much higher. How does that happen aside from obviously I'm rolling more dice. And which is the preferred? More variable, or static depenability?

Static is best.
If you want to simplify it, then Measured Response is the feat for you.

Grizzly the Archer |

You mention arrows, so I assume archer. Don't forget haste allows another attack on a full attack, putting you at 9 arrows from 8 attacks.
Just like BBT said, static damage, non dice roll damage, is best.
Damage bonuses:
Deadly aim
Str score for bow
Weapon specialization,
weapon training fighter ability
Gloves of dueling, for fighter
Bane, gives +2 besides the dice
bracers of archery greater
+5 bow
At level 20, these provide: Deadly aim +10, str score +4 minimum, +2 weapon spec., Wepon training with gloves +3, bane +2, bracers +1, +5 bow.... Total: 27
Not sure where the other +9 comes from, but either way, it's good damage. sneak attack is very optional in when it gets applied. Still, 8d6 per shot isn't anything to sneeze at.

something else you should look at is to see what those numbers look like when you cant put every drop of that on target, I'm assuming bane is coming from your inquisitor levels not from the weapon so that always applies when you need it, what about those holy dice. unless your running organized play or have a GM thats sticking nice and tight on an adventure path not everybody will be evil.
