Does Sienna have UMD? Still looking for the best way to get her back and I think I found a way but it involves the use of a cleric scroll and I can't find a creature that has teleportation ability and UMD as a skill.
I just looked for Henry and Sienna doesn't have UMD as a skill. Sorry....we'll think of something though.
Unless the creature you send takes me with it. I have +16 to UMD
There are several things I can get that have greater telly but can't bring people along for the ride. But they can take stuff.
Option B is getting one of the creatures that can planeshift at least twice which should get you within 5d% Miles to where we're looking for, so you'd be in for some road travel.
The scroll is Word of Recall. Which is also a druid spell so we wouldn't need UMD if we send a druid.
Whatever gets us there and back the fastest. It's just the bit about it being a penal colony and being able to get in and out without having an "incident" is the part that worries me. But we really can't take forever and a day to figure it out and do it. We'll just do the best we can and get her back as quickly as possible.
A COUATL has what we need. Can turn invisible, planeshift and fly. Has UMD and cleric spells so it can use the scroll but there is a cost involved (3-6k minimum) and it will take an extra day to prep everything as well as the travel time for planeshift's inaccuracy.
Worth it. We're about to use a 9th level spell on an NPC we are not your typical party of murderhobos
We have 784 platinum alone. I think we can manage. We need to get her back and we need to do it as quickly and efficiently as possible. Whatever we have to do....we do it. That's why we've been saving all this money, for instances like this.
Planar ally can be hit and miss for what shows up but we can try. We'll need offerings that a big winged snake would like.

I'm gonna try to. We've both been sleeping for crap lately. I just wanted to make sure Henry got good and asleep before I went in there and also kinda hoped that if I pushed myself to my limit that maybe I would sleep a little better too. Here's hoping that I don't wake up at 7 o' clock in the freaking morning.

Dumbass.....well...4824 steps later we made it back to the car and are getting the hell away from downtown.
Back home. Come to River Fest she said. It'll be fine she said. Lies....all lies. All I got was some sour candy from Spain and a an overheated body while having to walk through a bunch of scantily clad sea cows. Because the like to eat and wretch, from the looks of most of them anyways. You can probably tell that we were subjected to too many people for too long. Someone called out to us as we were walking and was like, do you live in Arkansas and I was like, yes...unfortunately we do...and then kept walking. Festivals and street fairs are just not our idea of fun.
Rehydrating now with water. Had almost 20 ounces before we got to the car and have had almost another 30 out of cup since we've been home. Sooooo thirsty.

We're not people people.
I know I need to eat because I haven't eaten since a breakfast sandwich that I made this morning and ate around 11....but my body just got so over heated I think I need some time before I put any food in it. Water will do for now. My ankle is so swollen and what parts of my foot aren't hurting feel numb and tingly. I'm just not as well put together as I used to be.
