Ok yeah so the older routers arent really cut out for hig speed internet so much. Your router was provided by your internet/ cable carrier or is it your own?
My own. I got it fixed, but I don't know how long that'll last. GMV woke up with a stomach ache, so you can guess what I'm doing :P

Most companies will provide you with a free one now. If you have Comcast, the problem is compounded by the fact they ended thier relationship with Netgeat and barely support it now. But you can call them to upgrade your modem for free and they now use modem/router all in one combo that can handle a lot higher speeds and more devices
Ah, I thought Comcast still had that rental fee...
Looks like in most cases they don't anymore because all the other companies are offereing it free. Competition is a good thing. Call them and hedge as if you're considering another company you may end up with an upgrade, free router and a lower bill for the next year.
The other thing is since most companies have at least the modem free and they've optend for all in one modem/router you're most likely going to be covered.
I recently got a new router after my old one needed to be restarted at least once a week.

So, Jj is still in the hospital, and now my niece is sick too and my sister is staying with her and the baby at the hospital. They're hoping to get to go home tomorrow.

Do they have a diagnosis yet?
They so stupid....they don't know. They are just making sure that he's eating good and keeping it down. Basically they aren't doing anything that my sister couldn't have done at home. My niece is missing school too because she has to stay in the hospital with the baby and now she's sick and running a fever too.
They are just wanting to make sure it's not some kind of crazy virus I guess. My sister isn't very happy with them, that's all I know.
Yeah there's a virus affecting kinds right now that they're trying to screen for. It's been in the news lately so that's standard procedure.
I know...sort of. Don't really watch the tv , and we've spent most of the last couple of days sleeping....so, hadn't heard a whole lot about it. But his symptoms aren't respiratory, he just had a fever and was dehydrated. I don't know....my sister is just frustrated with them because they were having to fight with them to take his temp rectally, because they were taking it under his arm and it was turning out normal when my sister KNEW that he was hot. By the time they convinced the nurse to check it rectally, his temp was 101.7....as long as he doesn't spike another fever they should let him go home tomorrow.
We'll see....
I'm still trying to kick this cough.

Gonna crash for 2 hours then get back up to do stuff around the house before getting X off to school, meeting with his school's safety officer about moving the bus stop, then having a plumber come to give me an estimate for repairing the bathroom leak.

Alright, so something....from somewhere is causing me to break out in an awful rash that's basically all over my face, neck, chest, and arms. We're not sure of the cause, so we're washing everything. I'm the only one that's broken out though. It's totally weird.
