No he'll try to make her fight for him. Good thing is just about anything he tries to make you do will give you another save.

Flanking won't help. Ylrhea can at least make him flat-footed for herself but only 5 times.

I'm actually more afraid of the CR 8 sorcerer version.
That one may be easier to kill but he would have plenty of time to buff up. It has higher HP and better DR. (Magic & Silver) And that slam that deals two negative levels is scary as hell.
oh and it's Dominate is a DC 22

I can handle that.
Trying to figure out what I can do. He has a crazy reflex save and evasion.
Can't dodge Mythic Magic Missile. Bulls Strength on our Gnome friend is also a good option.
DR and Fast healing are a bad combo.

That's why I asked when you told us about the trial. I just assumed you wanted us to tier up slower when you said we had one more to go. =p
DR doesn't apply to spell damage unless said damage is (Piercing, Bludgeoning or Slashing) Usually a conjuration spell that throws ice or rocks or some such thing.

I play this game to hang with friends and have fun, not to 'beat' the game. You've only killed us once. We'll most of us just once. ;)
My first game ever was a TPK or near TPK every other week and it was almost always because our DM didn't care about balance or intentionally made encounters harder. He wanted to 'win'. Don't play with him anymore.
Taking Crusader and gaining Leadership would be excessive wouldn't it?
