If you're a GM who wants to plan monsters encounters/battles in advance I recommend PF Battle as it has all the bestiaries and templates for monsters. I use it to prep all battles for modules in advance as it's highly editable, but it is a bit awkward to learn. It's only a little quicker to prep fights with this program, but it saves tons of time and space in-game.
If you're a GM who runs a homebrew game I recommend Archivist Elements just in case your players really take a turn in a direction that you never expected.
Pathfinder Compendium is a good spell book program for free, but only has one spell book available.
Masterwork Tools: Pathfinder Open Reference is by far my most used Android app for PF. It is not as complete as it could be and hasn't updated in a while, but it's so well organized and easy to search for what it does that I have a very hard time faulting it for anything. Best part is that it's 100% free.
I also recently picked up Summoner and I like it but have very little use for it.
