Sorry man, just trying to play her as I think she'd really be. It makes sense to have extra swords going against the enemy, if possible, especially since the dead are walking once more and there wasn't really time for a group huddle to discuss the situation. Also, with a chain of command still unestablished, there's going to be headbutting, which I do apologize for.

Don't sweat it. I don't think it's the best idea, cause I don't think they'll turn on the people they were just fighting alongside. But it's fine. Kló's annoyed, but he's unused to leading, so it is what it is.

Wow - I thought I'd get a bit of a better body count by purposefully not pulling punches this AP... but still wasn't expecting to take out half the Black House in a single round.
For what it's worth I've not modified it much from as written... so I'd hate to think what a group of four 15 point buy characters would have been in for - oy vey!

Yeah really should have gone the front door when we were gifted like that... we had the opportunity to come in strong, but yeah...nah... trying to work out the winning move, which seems pretty hard - only a standard action available, and almost certain of not being able to one shot any of the three foes waiting for Elghund to come back -A move and a standard would work, but one... not so much. Ermergerd.
So back out. Grab whoever is alive and hole up to heal up, though i guess you've already made your move.
Also, why do you think the front door would have gone better... I wish I'd have thought of trying to draw them out to us. Kind of a simple idea for me not to have considered AT ALL.

Well, hopefully Skane can get up in their faces, survive, and give us the chance to put some actual pressure back on the scary guy... maybe Annalisa will be able to get back into the fray by then.

I don't think Katherson would go for desecration of the bodies. More likely he'd want them properly buried so they don't turn undead on us, especially given the necromantic bent of the most recent occupant.
Its not desecration - its artistic expression ;)

Well done Black House - you've managed to get through your first major fight with the luck of the Norns and no-one dead... though after the first roll in my last post there, Klo was staring down a 95% chance of death until the fumble stumbled out!
That was a crazy messy fight. What a bodycount too!

I've PM'ed Rikka as well... but if no response is forthcoming my gut feel is to have her convalesce at the lodge for the short term.
Well, if Rikka doesn't come back Annalisa is going to be the only female around (unless Elghund gets friendly with Ten Penny), and I foresee that as being kinda sucky with all the power play in the group. Bree did OK being the only chick around, but it's nicer having Caterine there to even things out a bit.

Lol, in modern societies perhaps not so much but in older times, which is often the setting type for rpg's, a woman's word doesn't carry as much weight as a man's until and unless she works three times as hard and makes herself capable of demanding such respect. Or, is like some super hot sex goddess.

I dunno, Norse women had far better rights than most of their contemporaries - they could own property, get divorces, actually they had it pretty good, it was only bad if you were a slave :)
So the inequality isn't quite that bad at all, it only became that way in the post-pagan era.
And we are very much a bunch of pagans.

After all that, I was half way tempted to go a level in Barbarian so Elghund could trip into rages, but should probably just stick with Ranger...
Of course not, all orc cares about is killing and fu@#!ng.
