Oof with the 3rd-level spells prerequisite, need 7 levels in Inquisitor. If you go Samurai at all, I'd suggest at least 3 levels to get Weapon Expertise. But the Hellknight signifer seems like a strong enough prestige class that I don't think samurai levels are necessary.
Personally, for that picture I'd go sword-saint samurai. Looks like he's about to go iajutsu on someone lol
