Sorcerer Bloodline Power: 2 claw attacks

Rules Questions

A variety of bloodlines offer two claw attacks, and I'm sure I've been using them incorrectly.

example

Quote:

Claws (Su): At 1st level, you can grow claws as a free action. These claws are treated as natural weapons, allowing you to make two claw attacks as a full attack action using your full base attack bonus. These attacks deal 1d4 points of damage each (1d3 if you are Small) plus your Strength modifier. You can use your claws for a number of rounds per day equal to 3 + your Charisma modifier. These rounds do not need to be consecutive.

So if

STR: 14(2)
BAB: 3

Do I make two attacks at +5, or less than that?

You make two attacks at +5.

If you were wielding a manufactured weapon as well (I don't know, armor spikes) then your claws would become secondary.

what impact would making the claws secondary have on the roll? I notice the RAW says one can do two claw attacks as a full attack, rather than part of a full attack, so can the attacks be secondary if no other attack can be done as part of the round?

Here is how it goes:

Full attack, natural weapons only: Full BAB, Full Strength to damage, Primary

Full attack, natural weapons and manufactured weapons: Full BAB -5, Half Strength to damage, Secondary.

You can make a full attack with only natural weapons, and they stay primary (so they're at +5 each and add your full Str mod to damage).

If you attack with a weapon, too, then the claws become secondary, meaning they take a -5 penalty and your only add half your Str mod to damage. Of course, to attack with another weapon, you'd probably lose one or more claw attacks, since you can't attack with the same limb twice.

So, your choice is:

Claw/Claw; +5/+5 to hit; 1d4+2/1d4+2 damage

or (let's pretend you have a dagger):

Dagger/Claw; +5/+0 to hit; 1d4+2/1d4+1 damage

or if you can manage to get handless weapons (like armor spikes):

Armor spikes/Claw/Claw; +5/+0/+0 to hit; 1d4+2/1d4+1/1d4+1

What if you took the dragon deciple class afterward and now have the bite. It lists that as the primary attack. Would I be limited to my full attacks being bite/claw/claw at +7/+2/+2?
BAB=3, STR=18(4)

Since the bite is natural, the claws wouldn't become secondary because of it. You can have as many primary natural attacks as you can manage, and they don't become secondary unless you start making attacks with manufactured weapons.

You'd have bite +7, claws x2 +7.
