Be lawful good. Follow Sarenrae. Pump Wis and Dex. Flurry with a Scimitar with Dex to attack and damage. Be generally awesome. Idea from here
"Normal" method
1 Monk: Weapon Finesse
2 Cleric (Crusader): Weapon Focus (Scimitar)
3 Monk: Crusader's Flurry
4 Monk:
5 Monk: Dervish Dance
"MADer" method
1 Monk: Weapon Finesse
2 Cleric (Crusader): Weapon Focus (Scimitar)
3 Bard (Dawnflower Dervish): Dervish Dance, Crusader's Flurry

Good points. Here's the revised version.
"Normal" method
1 Monk: Weapon Finesse, monk bonus feat
2 Cleric (Crusader): Weapon Focus (Scimitar)
3 Monk: Dervish Dance
4 Monk:
5 Monk: Crusader's Flurry
"MADer" method
1 Monk: feat, monk bonus feat
2 Cleric (Crusader): Weapon Focus (Scimitar)
3 Bard (Dawnflower Dervish): Dervish Dance, Crusader's Flurry

The mad monk should start with a dawnflower level if possible. That way you have dex to damage out of the box. You dont really need a charisma score of any kind to be a bard either, so it doesnt have to be that mad.
Yeah the only down side is the BaB hit. A build that has 3 (sort of.) 3/4 BaB classes by lvl 2 hurts. Flurry treating the monk lvl as full BaB lessens the pain a bit though.
-edit- There is an alternative build for those that want no bab hit at all and that's paladin4/_monk. But it takes a long time to get off the ground. Though still something to keep in mind should you maybe be joining a game at later lvls.

I would say the "MAD" build should switch the Bard and Monk levels. That way you can Dervish Dance with the Scimitar straight out of the box, without delaying the level you get to flurry with it. You don't get your monk bonus feat until level 3 though, and you may have to wear armor for your first two levels (or just take Toughness and hope for the best).
