There are a ton of published adventures that you could incorporate without too much work into an expanded Runelords campaign. I've done exactly that, so as to run the campaign on the Medium XP track.
This isn't a comprehensive list... I'm thinking of them off the top of my head:
During Burnt Offerings:
"Chopper's Isle" (from Wayfinder #7)
We Be Goblins!
Master of the Fallen Fortress (requires changing location to somewhere near Sandpoint, and change flavor of ruins to Thassilonian.)
Between Burnt Offerings and Skinsaw Murders:
Feast of Ravenmoor
During Skinsaw Murders:
Dawn of the Scarlet Sun
Rise of the Goblin Guild
Between Skinsaw Murders and Hook Mountain Massacre
The Seven Swords of Sin
In Wrath's Shadow
King Xeros of Old Azlant (requires setting in Magnimar and changing the Azlanti trappings to Thassilonian.)
During Hook Mountain Massacre:
The Sanos Abduction
Between Hook Mountain Massacre and Fortress of the Stone Giants:
The Golemworks Incident
The Cultist's Kiss
Feast of Sigils
During Fortress of the Stone Giants:
King of the Storval Stairs
During Spires of Xin-Shalast:
The Moonscar
In addition, a whole lot of the side-quests and/or elements of some encounters from the Shattered Star AP would also be very appropriate to include.

Prior to starting mine (last week), I actually had the PC's go through some adventuring in the Lonely Coast setting by Raging Swan Press. It means they get to Sandpoint with ~1000xp, but I am trying to keep them on the moderate progression. Another option, is the Falcon's Hollow/Crown of the Kobold King Scenarios. Mix up the geography a bit, of course :)

Boggards in the Brinestump Marsh By the same superhero who brought us Chopper's Isle.
And The Pit by Daviot

I would also like to suggest The Harrowing, which can be run before Fortress of the Stone Giants with a little modification.

I finally got around to cleaning up a side-quest I wrote for Burnt Offerings back in 2011, taking out the PC-specific information I'd originally included, and tacking on the OGL and Paizo Community Use Policy text.
(BTW, Google Docs doesn't quite format the document properly-- download it and open in MS Office or Open Office instead.)
This is intended to be inserted into Burnt Offerings, during the events of Part 2: Local Heroes. (Specifically, the adventure hook can be included during the "Grim News From Mosswood" section.) It's also written for a 6-PC party (plus Shalelu), so you'll probably want to tone it down a bit if you're running with a 4-PC party.
A small downside is that I wrote this before I had much Paizo world-knowldege under my belt. I didn't quite understand how insane and easily distracted Paizo goblins are supposed to be. As written, the Toadstool Goblins are much more militarily competent than they should be.
Also, all the page references in the adventure refer to the original version of Burnt Offerings, not the Anniversary Edition.
Enjoy!

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I was of the understanding that APs were designed for the medium track? Am I missing something? I'm planning to start RotRL in a couple of months and want to make sure I haven't missed anything.

As do all the 3.5 APs when converted straight over to PF.

Neil Spicer's adventure from Wayfinder 7 (I'm thinking the Vault of Greed, but I'm not certain) fits into Burnt Offerings, and has the hook written as if the PC are doing Runelords...
