In Seekers of Secrets, Sheila Heidmarch runs Heidmarch Manor with her husband, Sir Canayven Heidmarch.
However, whenever I've run across her since, notably in the extra material of the first issue of the comic and now, as I prep "Rise of the Goblin Guild," he seems absent.
Is his fate tied to her perhaps moving? The Heidmarch Manor described and mapped in Seekers of Secrets is a lot bigger than what's described and mapped in "Rise of the Goblin Guild."

Hes actually the 13th member of the Decemvorate. . . . dun dun dun.
Actually (and shiela is presented in a few completely different ways ans backgrounds might as well be either a few different people or it wouldnt shock me at all if the different stats are actually her lesbian lover and the "husband" is just a front) I think Paizo just want even more female presence in Golarion.

It has been noted elsewhere by James Jacobs that the map of Heidmarch Manor in Seekers of Secrets is wrong.. it is acually the map for the Magnimar Zoo.

The PF Wiki might indirectly.
There are actually entries at the Pathfinder Wiki for both of the Heidmarchs, but they're based on information found in just a couple of sources (Seekers of Secrets and, I think, The Skinsaw Murders).
Might be fun to track them across their published appearances. Hmmm...

Well, there's sort of a mention in the first issue of the comic, in that a piece Sheila wrote for the Chronicles is quoted at the beginning of the Sandpoint Gazetteer. I think it's the first issue, anyway.
I just did a search of my hard drive for mentions of Heidmarch and was reminded that one of the Season 4 goals for the Grand Lodge faction in Society play is to "[e]nsure the success of the Heidmarchs’ lodge in Magnimar..." Note the plural. Ambrus Valsin also refers to "the Heidmarchs' manor" in "The Blakros Matrimony." So Canayven must still be around in 4713, he's just not the one handing out assignments in the Magnimar based scenarios I'm familiar with.
Oh, and they're both mentioned in Magnimar: City of Monuments, too.

I don't particularly care for her either, honestly. The few times I ran her in a game, I had 0 actual info on her, and since then Ive gotten a few different backgrounds and personalities (and I really doubt that was on purpose), and from a players perspective, she isn't someone I'd ever want to work for or talk to again.

Really? I think she's kind of interesting. She has strength, self-possession, and an interesting history. In terms of Society scenarios, she's no more or less annoying than any other Venture Captain.
I don't know, could just be the way some DM's have handled her? Either way, she needs to drop into the background for a while, I think, and maybe peep her head out next season a bit, after a rest.

There were a couple of instances that have me convinced she is either an idiot or not really about the good of the society:
or
Even without the spoilers, she comes across as either clueless or unconcerned for the people who work for her.

I like her too and I never understood the hate on for her. I often wonder if it is just how people read her. I've run her more as a strong noble woman who thinks that explaining herself and being nice to those that have to follow her orders is below her.
My understanding is that she isn't actually a noble woman, she married into it, and her primary focus is to make nice with as many people as she can to gain allies and aid to make sure that the PFS House (her's) is successful. She's an ex-Pathfinder herself. For me though, again, it just could be that various DM's have just run her like you said.

Her background is written up in Shards of Sin, and she does 't come off all that well.
For example, in the second part of "Race for the Rune-carved Key, she breaks the artifact when she activates it. And she tries to hold a magical portal open my herself, despite the company of powerful arcane casters. Well, sure she's going to have problems, as she's a fighter/monk with no UMD!

Or a straight Sorcerer. . .
Hosted on the extensive manor grounds of the eccentric, married Pathfinder couple Sir Canayven Heidmarch (LN male human aristocrat 3/rogue 3) and Sheila Heidmarch (LN female human sorcerer 6), this property serves as Varisia’s first and only lodge, offering Pathfinders a gateway into the young lands that inherited the priceless secrets of ancient Thassilon.
It's probably best to ignor the Shards of Sin outside of that AP, though, unless it's a future plot point for PF.

And hello there Sir Canayven! He's in Korvosa at the beginning of #4-13, Fortress of the Nail.
I was going to say that Sir Canayven makes a big appearance in Fortress of the Nail, but you beat me to it! :D Anyway, he is certainly still around and very much involved with the pathfinders.
