Venture Captains can access events they did not create to assist coordinators in their areas in reporting or correcting reporting errors. If you need assistance reporting an event you've created, speaking with your local regional coordinator is the way to go.
Mark this does not always happen in a timely manner to my satisfaction and The VLs that are more local to my area don't have this ability, and even if they did it would not be useful to me.
I coordinate the larger game day currently in my area and the VLs have done a great job in doing what I could not do due to my work schedule and expand the PFS to weekdays at other locations.
Some of our players in the larger Game day now play at the other locations, and I rely on knowing what they have played with what characters to be able to schedule games that everyone can play or GM. I have historical detail tracking of 80 players in my area, 41 of them are currently active which does not include a few players on the weekday game days that don't play in the larger game day that I coordinate.
Currently I rely on my VLs to keep me up to date on those game days with the players I am interested in. It is an heartache on all 3 of us due to consistent back and forth emails to clear up the data provided and for the VLs to find the time in the normal days off to provide the information when I need it which is always now! ;)
This would be much simpler if I could access the reported data myself and would take the unneeded workload from my VLs and would make all of our lives that much more easier.
Edit: I set myself up as a Central reporting person prior to VLs being appointed, to include all Home games be reported through me so I could keep up my detailed tracking data.
Once the VLs started Other Games days at other location, which was awesome, that kind of put the central reporting all out of whack ;)
