Vital Strike + Sneak Attack

Rules Questions

Vital Stike is a full round action that doubles weapon damage via precision damage, and Sneak Attack adds D6's of damage if the target is denied its DEX mod, yes? Given the right set of circumstances, could they stack?

Shadow Lodge

Perhaps you're talking about a different feat. Vital Strike is a standard action that doubles the damage your weapon damage dice.

Technically it's not a standard action. The language mentions whenever you use an attack action. Theoretically that could be a hasted attack action or a full attack, as a full attack is also an attack action.

An attack action is a specific kind of standard action.

Can Vital Strike be used with Spring Attack? Can Vital Strike be used on a charge?

No. Vital Strike can only be used as part of an attack action, which is a specific kind of standard action. Spring Attack is a special kind of full-round action that includes the ability to make one melee attack, not one attack action. Charging uses similar language and can also not be used in combination with Vital Strike.

You can vital strike, and sneak attack however vital strike only effects your weapon damage dice.

does
1d8+2 on a normal attack
2d8+2 on a vital strike
1d8+2+3d6 on a sneak attack
2d8+2+3d6 on a vital strike sneak attack
