I've been wanting to create a character that fit Mega Man for a while now, but Pathfinder (not being sci-fi based) didn't really have a class that felt right for it.
Now that the Machinesmith is out, though, I can see Mega Man's equipment as selectable machinesmith trick gadgets, and a limited weapon copying ability with the Arcane Analyzer. I am creating a document that will contain augmentations, gadgets, and techniques that fit the armor upgrades from the Mega Man X series.
I'll be updating it as I have the time, but if anyone has any requests or suggestions, I'm open to them.
So far, I have Crush Helmet, Dash Boots (with Air Dash), Reactive Force Armor, and Weapon Pre-Charge.

What is this Machinesmith of which you speak.
This one here: http://paizo.com/products/btpy8rut?Classes-of-NeoExodus-Machinesmith
It's also on the SRD.

New additions made:
Dragon Launch
Persistent Energy Blast
Revisions made:
Weapon Pre-Charge
As it was, Weapon Pre-Charge was too re-usable/abusable. By making it a standard action and only allowing the charge to be used by the end of the next turn, it makes it usable during the surprise round or when you've run out of regular charges, but it shouldn't completely change how you use your abilities. Once I have a chance to test it, I may make the amount that is charged increase.

haha. this is super old but you can see thee whole class on
d20pfsrd. It's a fun class
arcane analyzer is a choice for the class, that allows you to get various visual effects.
Arcane Analyzer (Sp): The machinesmith installs a spell analysis and arcane energy capture module into his analyzer. The machinesmith, while wearing their analyzer, gains a bonus to Spellcraft checks of 1 for every 3 machinesmith levels they possess (minimum 1). When using their Axiom ability they may make a Spellcraft check with a DC of 25 + spell level to steal the dispelled spell. The analyzer may hold one spell at a time, and the spell remains available for 24 hours after it is stolen, retaining its original caster level and other effects. A machinesmith must be at least 7th level before selecting this trick.
