I'm playing in a group with an evil undead lord cleric, and there are times, in the heat of combat, when it would be advantageous to be treated as undead in terms of healing. I know about his death's kiss ability, I know about the feat Necromantic Affinity, and I know that a couple of races can be healed as undead. I'm wondering if there are any other ways, especially items, that would allow me to be treated as an undead when it comes to the cleric.

This wasn't an item, and I'm not sure it would help you, but...
If this isn't for PFS play, you might talk to your GM about tracking down something that could affect you in this way.

Channeling Negative Energy will heal Undead (per the Channel Energy ability under the Cleric description). Prior to Pathfinder you could use Cause (*) spells instead of Cure (*). The Cure Light Wounds descriptor in the Core does talk about Positive Energy doing damage to undead, however doesn't discuss it in the reverse. If I was to make a ruling however I would say that the Cause whatever Wounds would repair dmg to undead due to what positive energy does to them, and to what is being said about channeling negative energy in a burst.
