At 15th level probably special mark that does not count against regular limit and has unlimited range (or at least extending to the whole plane). It will probably have a limit that it can be placed on a target once per day but it will allow using shadow lashes and mark-dependent knacks from anywhere on the same plane.
19th level we'll see... (extraplanar range to the special mark perhaps? second special mark?)

Might get renamed to Vampiric Shadows in the future.
Elusive Shadow (Su): Each shadow mark on a creature bestows cumulative -1 penalty to attack rolls and Perception checks made against the marking stalker.
Allows the stalker to sacrifice lots of his offensive power for single-target defense. Might be later expanded with additional abilities to grant bonus to saving throws.
With possibly similar knacks reducing DR and energy resistances...
Also, I want to find another term in place of knack. I'd like to save "knack" for purely non-magical abilities of a sage-like or master-like class (master was a skill-focused base class from one of 3rd edition Dragonlance books). I am thinking about simple "shadow/shade powers".

I think you've got some cool stuff here. Have you considered doung some stuff with shadow-pinning (striking a shadow to keep the person it belongs to from moving, at least without a strength check)? Also, if the shadow lash does physical typed damage, knacks or feats to make it do different types of damage or pass different DRs or maybe even emulate elemental effects could be useful, I know you have some of that but just to be considered.

Greater Shadow Mark (Su): At 15th level, a stalker spend one shadow mote and take a standard action to place a greater shadow mark upon a single creature or object within line of sight. The stalker can have only one greater shadow mark active at any one time but it does not count against the limit of regular shadow marks and it isn’t subject to their distance limit.

I finally decided to change the name of the class from stalker to shadowjack. There was published a base class named stalker quite recently.
I am working on shadow weavings, favored class racial options and thinking what powers could be placed at 17th and 19th level. I think that I wrote one or two new shadow knacks since the last update.

Gloom Wave (Su): At 17th level, a shadowjack can spend one shadow mote as a standard action to place one gloom mark on each enemy within line of sight. Gloom marks work like regular shadow marks in all respects, including dissipation range, except they do not count against regular shadow mark limit and untriggered gloom marks dissipate harmlessly at the end of the following turn.

Sorry, I haven't seen this post earlier - the thread was probably pushed out of recent threads by other threads before I could see it.
So Shadow Lash can be used as a swift action and with normal iterative attacks?
I am not sure what you mean by "and with normal iterative attacks" - it is a standard action. After reaching 5th level, a shadowjack can use it as a move action instead and after reaching 9th level, as a swift action (note that it isn't a must, 9th level shadowjack can still use it as a standard/move action if he wishes to save swift action for something else).
When it is used as a swift action, the shadowjack can use it in the same turn as a full attack action, for example making a full attack with two light weapons - which could possibly allow placing multiple marks before or after using Shadow Lash.

Shadow Stalker class is officially superseded by shadowjack. The primary change, aside of name, is simplification and reduced role of shadow weavings (only one shadow weaving active now). During the development shadow weavings became focus of a separate shadowshifter class, which will be revealed at a later date.
