Treesinger Shapechange

Silver Crusade

The treesinger druid archetype can only wildshape into plant shapes, and I was wondering what people think are the best forms for plant shapes I, II, and III? Also, what shape for levels 4-7, since your form doesn't get constrict or poison?

4 people marked this as a favorite.

i think you should just be a normal druid, because with the exception of between level 4 and level 8 the archetype is just worse than a druid.

there are only 39 plants (from normal pathfinder sources)you can turn in to that range between small and huge.
small:
Fungus Leshy
Mindslaver Mold
Vegepygmy
Mandragora
Phycomid
Xtabay
Fungus Leshy
Gourd Leshy
Leaf Leshy
Seaweed Leshy

medium:
Boruta
Mi-Go
Living Topiary
Melfesh Monster
Basidirond
Violet Fungus
Yellow Musk Creeper
Cerebric Fungus
Myceloid
Phantom Fungus

large:
Nirento
Assassin Vine
Shambling Mound
Viper Vine
Alraune
Ascomoid
Sargassum Fiend

huge:
Umdhlebi
Jinmenju
Canopy Creeper
Kapre
Elder Nirento
Giant Flytrap
Treant
Hangman Tree
Moonflower
Quickwood
Tendriculos

Silver Crusade

Thanks! I'm aware the standard druid is better, but I like the idea and would like to have a treant companion. Any suggestions on which ones are particularly good?
