Hey, I am a newbie.
I learned of Pathfinder when I was in high school, however I never played.
I could never find anyone to commit to a group.
Which isn't surprising considering I'm from Southern Illinois, hick central.

I really want to get into this game, but I have no clue where to begin.
I understand most the rules, know how to make a character, etc.
I received the Core Rulebook, Advanced Player Guide, and a Bestiary from the high school teacher who told me about the game.

I was wondering if someone, with experience, was starting a group which uses VTT and some voice/video program and would let me join and learn.

Unfortunately, I will be moved around alot soon as I have join the air force and I won't be able to stick with a group.
I don't know where I will be stationed and when.

Check out the Gamer Connection forum as well, and you may want to look at gaming online via virtual tabletop or play-by-post.

Let me know, by PM, where you get stationed. I have been in the USAF for 18+ years.I know a lot of gamers at a lot of bases. I am sure we can find you a group just about anywhere you get stationed.
