Irrisen / Winter Witch deities

So I can't seem to find what deities are the most worshipped in Irrisen. Any ideas on the most suitable deities for Winter Witches to worship?

(in my particular case I am making a lawful evil, human, winter witch but more general information would be appreciated).

Gods/beings with the Ice domain are:

Charon - Horseman of Death
Kelizandri - Elemental Lord of Water/Brackish Lord
Kostchtchie - Demon Lord of Cold
Pharasma - Lady of Graves
Yamatsumi - The Mountain Lord (Tian Xia)

None of these seem fitting somehow.

Irrisen is also apparently a centre of worship for Sivannah, Zon-Kuthon and Lamashtu.

I think they make everyone else worship them, pretty place. Great parties, I recommend visiting.

In the Witchwar Legacy, there's an altar dedicated to something that Baba Yaga worships, and though the description is vague, I don't think the something is any known Golarion gods. If you wanted to, just say that your witch also worships these things. The info is scarce but they're clearly associated with cold, and a PC who touches the altar gains a vision of "...benighted winter woods where snow-laden conifers are hung with all manner of grisly and unidentifiable fetishes."
