I know there was at least one in 3.5, but are there any magic items in Pathfinder that give a bonus to your spell penetration?
Dweomer's Essence is a 500gp one-shot.
Hm, was looking for something more permanent. Like gives a +1 or +2 to Spell Penetration while wearing it.
Also, Dweomer's Essence is PFS. Not even sure our DM will allow it as it is Golarian and his campaign is homebrew.
Is there anything else?
Edit: It would even work for items that add to your caster level, as caster level is worked into the roll against SR.
Of course anything giving a bonus to caster level can't be specific towards a certain type of caster level check, unless it is for Spell Penetration.
I know there is of course the Robe of the Archmagi, which gives a +2 to caster level checks against SR, but was looking for something a little less grandiose (and not as expensive).
- Orange Prism Ioun Stone: +1 CL, 30,000 gold
- Strand of Prayer Beads (standard): Bead of Karma (usable 1/day) +4 CL for 10 minutes, 45,800 gold
- Robe of the Archmagi: +2 CL to overcome SR, 75,000 gold
Those are your only items in the CRB. There's a second robe (a kimono) in Ultimate Equipment that gives a +4 CL bonus, but it's incredibly more expensive than the Robe of the Archmagi (in the neighbourhood of 170,000 iirc).

As for the kimono, it is actually a lot cheaper than you are thinking. It is only 67,000 GP. It is pretty nice, as well. Not only does it give a +4 to CL checks, but +4 to saving throws. It can trap a creature in it for 10 minutes and during that time the bonuses are increased to +6.
That is something I will most likely end up creating down the road.
