Does arcane strike stack with a masterwork weapon?

Just wondering if the arcane strike feat stacks with a MWK weapons enhancement bonus.

There's nothing to stack.

Arcane Strike adds damage.
Mwk adds an enhancement bonus to attack.

The bonuses go to two different effects.

A better question would be does it stack with a +1 weapon.

And yes it does, arcane strike is an untyped damage bonus, so stacks with pretty much everything else.
