I know it's bad form to rush you guys, and I want to affirm that it's not my intention. I've been looking through my events reported, and I've seen them trickle in as you guys sort through stuff.
I just want to know at what point I should be worried if one of them is not reported; are you guys going to make note when all of the events have been reported so we can speak up, or should we just mention it after a few weeks have passed?
Right now I've got 5/7 of the events I GM'd reported; I'm not worried, but I am curious.

Looking for that third star? It can be a long wait>

I was wondering about that too, I played six games and only two of them have been reported and one of those was logged incorrectly. I reported the problem but haven't had good luck in the past getting things like that fixed. One session that was logged incorrectly a few months ago still hasn't been fixed after 3-4 emails. Not that big of a deal but I wish they'd get around to checking those things.

Also, Daniel noticed the limitation on one person entering at a time sometime on Friday, I think. Up until then, we had two people at HQ working on it any chance we got. So, there's probably a fairly large number of reporting sheets that we had marked as reported that aren't actually reported.
That means even longer to go through and vet the ones we did enter to make sure they all made it in. With approximately 800 sessions played at Gen Con, that may take a while.

We got about half the sessions reported during the con. We would have done more if we had the luxury of someone working on it the whole time, or if we could have had more than one somebody working on it a part of the time.
I don't envy whoever is stuck doing it at Paizo, which is probably Mike at this point.
EDIT: On my wishlist for next year is a dedicated resource each slot to do this.

If they aren't in by the end of next week, send me an email. Todd Morgan is helping me and we should have them all entered by close of business tomorrow.
Thanks for keeping on top of things. I'll keep an eye out, although I won't be able to correct any mistakes or missing characters, unfortunately.

Dev team could surely do a heavier-duty reporting app for this in a couple days turn time... when they can get it in their schedule. Single table reporting is fine as it is, but con reporting for even a moderately sized convention is painful with the current reporting app.
Figure it's a kick it around on the VC board kinda topic, but there ya go.
