Pathfinder Battles: Rise of the Runelords miniatures and Pathfinder Comic #1 have arrived at our warehouse and are getting ready to ship!
Pathfinder Battles and Comics subscriptions will ship based on the shipping option you have chosen on your My Subscriptions page. If you still have an August subscription shipment that is pending by August 20th, we will add your Battles and/or Comics subscription to that order.
If you have chosen to "Never Hold Anything":
We will be setting up Battles and Comics Subscription orders on Monday, August 20th! This process sets up an order with the subscription items as well as any items in your sidecart that are ready to be shipped and authorizes the payment method. When our system has set up your order it will automatically generate an email to you saying "In the next week or so, we're expecting to ship <insert product name>, the next volume of your subscription." That email will also indicate if we had any problems authorizing your payment method.
If you have items in your sidecart that are ready to ship, they will be processed with this Battles and/or Comics subscription shipment. If you need to change your address, payment method or add/cancel additional items we recommend you do this as soon as possible. After your subscription order has been generated by our system please make sure any changes to your address or payment method have been applied to both the pending subscription order and your ongoing subscription(s). Battles subscribers will receive their Encounter Pack discount code(s) in the shipping confirmation email when we ship your case(s) of miniatures.
If you have chosen to "Hold for Monthly Shipment":
Your Battles and/or Comics subscription shipment will wait until we set up September's Paizo subscription orders.

Just a quick Question SM: When I look in my Subscription section it has my Comics and Minis down as shipping in September (with my September Subscrpition items), but I had changed my delivery method to "Never Hold Anything" weeks ago so I could get my books and then my minis ASAP. Is this just a glitch?

Yeah, I'm getting the same thing. Presumably it's just a display glitch (my selection was also "never hold anything"). It's also not displaying a shipping estimate, although I'm happy to remain blissfully ignorant of that this month...
Will the Goblin plushie be shipping with this order as well?
I just noticed that my minis order email has an additional 2 boxes (1 standard, 1 huge) added in addition to my subscription order.
I recommend others verify their initial emails when they get them.

One more question: I got my Shipping Soon e-mail and it says it wants to charge me $702.54 for the Order (# 2169925), but when I look in the My Subscriptions Tab here on the Website it says that the Order Total is $648.82. I know that the total in My Subscriptions can change closer to the release date when shipping is locked in, but usually by this stage the totals are the same and locked in.
Obviously I'm more keen to pay the lower price, but if the higher one is the correct one then that's no problem. I just wanna know I'm not being charged more than I should. :)

There was a fault with orders. I emailed them and Cosmo fixed up today. I saved myself around $500 dollars :)

Second, I wasn't supposed to get it until September (I have "Hold for Monthly Shipment"). The really weird thing is that my account says that the case and Rune Giant haven't yet shipped, and my credit card doesn't show the $600+ charge that should be there for the case. Did I get someone else's order somehow?

The Rune Giant not turning up isn't too suprising- if it's gone out it would be being shipped in a seperate parcel.
As for the rest of your stuff, that's very unusual.

I think this happened to me. My case shipped instead of being held for the September subscription delivery, however I was only charged for the shipping at that time, not the full amount. Sara Marie was able to quickly sort things out for me though, so I'm just going to be getting my minis sooner than I expected :)
