Tengu vivesectionist

Advice

I have been looking the the Tengu since the ARG came out and I like it for a lot of builds. The latest one that I came up with is a Vivasectionist Alchemist with the Tengu claws that uses kirin style and kirin strike. I know that I can only kirin strike once a round, but it seems like it would be another nice damage boost. What does everybody think about this one.

Sounds pretty good. That way you don't have to keep track of using the mutagen.

Why would I not need to keep track of the mutagen? It would still be useful.

It would be useful, yes. But what BigNorseWolf was referring to was not needing to be using your mutagen to get a bite and two claw attacks.

Moved thread.

For a normal vivisectionist using your claws is harder at the lower levels: you have to spend a round drinking your mutagen because it only lasts 10 minutes per level, and then you need to stop for an hour and brew it again.

I would worry about being in melee with a race with a con penalty: toughness may not be a bad idea.

I would skip the kirin feats. You're taking two feats to get +4 or 5 damage per round. Weapon focus claws would probably add more damage out at those levels, thanks to the massive sneak attack dice.
