Guide to Weapon Properties? Guide to Magic Items?

Does anyone know if there is a guide to weapon properties for Pathfinder? I know that such guides have been made for classes, but I wasn't sure if anyone had done one for weapon, armor, and shield properties yet. Also, is there a useful 'Guide to Magic items' thread as well? Thanks again for the help.
