GM boons for played scenarios (4.2).

If I GM a scenario (after the new guide comes into effect) that I've previously played and apply that chronicle to the same character do I now get the boons as a GM as well?

Furthermore, if my character is now at a higher tier (was tier 1-2 now 4-5) does he then take the tier 4-5 boon?

You can't apply the same Chronicle to the same character twice. You must assign it to a different character. This has not changed.
