Yes, I even found others online, but I want a pdf I could buy and put on my laptop or pad. Where I generally play or run games there is no internet. I would love a pdf that is updated as books are added. I'm having to lug 50 lbs. of books around now and it keeps growing. One source for all spells where we could download the update when available would be awesome. I buy the books and pdfs anyway. A complete spell book would be a benefit and save game time looking for a spell. Heck I would pay a subscription fee for the updates.

Is that list pathfinder only- no 3pp or fan stuffS?
Randomly clicked one and it said it was a fan conversion, which makes me rather leery of the whole list. (and is generally why I avoid d20pfsrd, myself, unless I'm looking for something specific)

The page http://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic/all-spells is ONLY spells created by Paizo. The ones labeled "Fan Conversion" were from books released prior to the release of the final Pathfinder Roleplaying Game rules, i.e. they were originally created BY PAIZO but for the 3.x rules system. One or more of the editors on d20pfsrd.com MAY have made minor changes/updates to bring the spell in conformance with the final rules. However, I say MAY because many spells did not require any changes at all but we still stuck the "Fan Conversion" graphics on them just so people would know that it isn't purely Paizo created/for Pathfinder rules.

Really late to the party, but can anyone tell me why there isn't a list sorted by level.
For which Class?
There are lists by Classes sorted by level and optionally school -> see Archive of Nethys for PF1.The clear problem is that some spells have differing spell levels depending upon the class that accesses them. Paizo never set a Spell Level to "(3-4)" to represent that range and used a long list of classes with respective spell levels.
Once you download a spell database you can set your own sort criteria.

Here is a direct link to the database that chopswil shared in the 4th post in this thread. As Azothath mentions, many (most?) spells don't have a set level because that varies based on class. But in the link I just gave, the various levels per class for each spell starts on column AA. You can filter and sort it however you like.
