It is possible during his journeys, he went and got it on with a few humans and likely even elves too.
that all said, they would be nothing more than elf, human, yadda yadda yadda.
all that though means very little as it would of been before he ascended. and no traces.
you could also go and say that Iomedae was one of his line.
but to my knowlesge he has none

The nice thing about the new tiefling and Aasimar sourcebooks is that you can simply make any half-outsider into a Aasimar or Tiefling regardless of parent races. Parents were gnomish and Infernal, you're a devil-blooded tiefling. A short one. Parents were elven and Solar? You're an Aasimar...probably with pointy ears.
Your ancestor was Aroden...probably an Aasimar. Pick one...
Because Aasimars and Tieflings are often several generations removed from their non-mortal ancestors, you could have a mix of heritages.
(Remember that drunken Cayden-Calistria-Nethys-Aroden-Desna-Sarenrae-Gozreh party...well...your great grandparents were all offspring from that one...and Gozreh played all sides.)
I love it. PCs can now look like just about anything and play either aasimar or tiefling...
Thank you Paizo.

Generic Villain |
Aroden was originally much more directly involved with humanity, even walking in the flesh among the citizens of early Absalom, but he eventually became more distant. He had a much more hands-off approach towards humanity for the several centuries (millenia?) leading up to his demise.
That said, he had plenty of opportunities to sire bloodlines in those early days. You could easily say that his blood ended up heavily concentrated in a handful of folks in the modern day, and they are the "Arodenspawn." If you wanted to go full-on Baldur's Gate though, the fact that Aroden died over a hundred years ago complicates things.
Either set your campaign in the past - perhaps a decade after Aroden's death - or just hand-wave it. Say Aroden had some contingency set up that would miraculously impregnate women from various races/species with his seed at a set time after his death. An emaculate conception time bomb, if you will.
Also, consider that Aroden was the god of humanity. I always got a creepy eugenics vibe from him personally - would he be the sort to "taint" his offspring with a non-human mother? If so, why?
Lasly and most importantly, don't forget the miniature giant space hamsters. When the going gets tough, someone hold my rodent!

Funny you bring this up. In my longest running game so far the game master decided to make one of us (ended up being me) the last scion of arodens house. basically the game is about defeating the whispering tyrant once andf for all since aroden never did kill him only sealed him away. Naturally this includes reclaiming my families divine birthright by taking the starstone test. did i mention this game is freaking complex and has been running for almost 4 years now?

What we have done is seriously convoluted and not canon in the least, but it IS being fun! We have a young paladin character that is the off spring of a mortal hero and a goddess. She was held in a "state of timelessness" as an infant for many centuries before being discovered by a powerful hag and taken back to her lair. Shortly thereafter, the babe was rescued by an adventurer and ended up in an orphanage in Ustalav. She has JUST discovered her heritage and isn't dealing with it very well...good roleplaying, lots of craziness and fun, in a sheer terror kind of way. We are also trying to take the path of doing in the Whispering Tyrant once and for all. Kind of a vendetta thing on her part. So far we are all getting our butts kicked a lot and running around Ustalav/Lastwall chasing the baddies and being hunted by other baddies. Sort of using Carrion Crown, but only loosely following the timeline and events. Wicked amounts of work on the GM's side, but being worth it, I think =P
She is roughly based off of the half celestial template, with some reductions in power until she can "master her heritage". I'm really looking forward to getting my hands on Blood of Angels!!!
Sorry to get of topic there.
I think that Aroden being the god of humanity, that it is more than likely that he dallied with mortals now and then. Blood of the last Azlanti would make for some pretty cool pcs or npcs...I wonder if Aroden left a divine will laying around anywhere before he died??? ;)
