1) Am I reading right that you can take both the Bladebound and Kensai archtypes?
Alternate Class Features: "A character can take more than one archetype and garner additional alternate class features, but none of the alternate class features can replace or alter the same class feature from the base class as another alternate class feature."
2) If you take the two worlds magic trait to pick up brand as a cantrip, can you use brand for spell combat?
Spell Combat: "...can also cast any spell from the magus spell list with a casting time of 1 standard action"
Two-World Magic: "Select one 0-level spell from a class spell list other than your own. This spell is a 0-level spell on your class spell list"
Brand: "Casting Time 1 standard action"

1) Yes. They replace different aspects of Magus, so they can be taken together.
2) Arguable, ETV. However, saving your trait for something more useful, you already have access to Arcane Mark as a completely acceptable option for spell combat/spellstrike.
To be honest, I don't think the extra point of damage from Brand is worth spending a trait on.
And, equally, spell combat isn't worth the penalty for most purposes, especially a touch attack that only does one point of damage.
Once you gain Spellstrike, on the other hand, that is when you should weigh the benefits of the simple Arcane Mark versus the minor benefits of a Brand, with the additional expense of a trait to gain Brand as an additional cantrip option...

Personally, I prefer to use Touch of Fatigue for my "flurry". I just take Spell Blending at level 3 and pick up Resistance and Touch of Fatigue. Resistance for a little buff to saves until I get a cloak or other item. ToF to use as my "flurry". True, the save is pitiful and almost certainly going to be made, but your opponent can always roll a 1 on its save. :) Also, if it happens to land, you have debuffed your opponent by -2 for quite a few things. Not bad for a 0-level spell :)
Not that Arcane Mark is a bad tactic, I just prefer not to be "Zorro". :)
