Your order definitely should have shown up by now. I would like to get you set up with some replacements, but I note that this is the first time we've ever sent anything to you. I'd like to verify that the address is correct first.
Please take a moment and stop by your My Addresses page and verify that the address we have for you is completely correct. Go ahead and make any changes, if necessary, and then come back here and let me know. Once I'm sure that your address is good, I'll get your replacements set up.

I have put replacements into your sidecart to go out with your next subscription shipment (in August). Your July shipment just went out, so it should arrive before the replacements get processed. If it does not, I'll be able to send a replacement then. After, of course, we have further investigated the hold up.
If the original shipment of order 2096837 should turn up in the meantime, let me know and I'll cancel the replacements.
