Hey all.

So I did a search for this question and all I saw was a lot of oppinion.

but that was a while back, so is there an anwser to the following....

1. At level 3 how do i "get" my blackblade?

2. Is it free?

3. can it be made of something else (Silver/CI/Etc)
**#3 is assuming I have to pay for it**
