you can its mithril chainmail and then you start enchanting it with its bonuses. but by RAW your max dex wont be as high which was the point i believe. going with the assumption (which is debatable) that celestial armor is meant to be unique, you dont just /wiggly finger any type of metal armor into celestial armor. you take gold or silver /wiggly fingers and there you go. but a dm could rule that mithril would work like gold or silver, i am not sure if i would.

either way I reckon that one belongs in the rules forum,
As to the armor kilt. according to the srd
"When you add an armored kilt to a suit of light armor, the set counts as medium armor. Likewise, a kilt and medium armor counts as heavy armor. Adding an armored kilt to heavy armor has no effect."
I don't think the mithral will help there, since mithral can't make armour count as less than light armour. so the combination always results in a set of at least medium armour, with or without mithral

A Dagger of Venom, can be adamantine Dagger of Venom. This totally doable. Would you tell a player his cloak of the magi can't be pink, because it is not described as so?
I would, actually, since the colors are specifically described as white, black, or grey, and the color matters as far as the crunch, i.e. who can wear it.
