Here's my question; Does the Holy Tacticians Battlefield Presence ability have a continuous effect? The writing feels vague, and doesn't appear to place any limit or duration upon the effect. It seems I spend ONE standard action at 3rd level, and all allies within range have a permanent bonus feat so long as they remain in range. Is this true?

By RAW, it just does not say how long it lasts. It would be pretty silly for it to be permanent if you ask me, even though auras are permanent and it is replacing an aura. Feats are just better, plus it gets 30 feet radius! If I had to rule on this I'd make it work exactly like the Cavalier's Tactician ability, which almost does the same thing.
The devs have said multiple times that you should look for commonalities between elements of the game, and they should work the same way if they are similar. There was even a thread resurrection from a 2010 thread where SKR gwas oing on at length about that recently.
So, I'd say it lasts 3 rounds plus 1 round for every 2 Paladin levels you possess.
On the other hand, this is a level 3 feature, whereas Tactician is level 1, and this replaces a very good aura, so its tempting to say it is permanent... but on the other other hand, it extends outward 30 feet, instead of 10, and let's you change the feat granted with a swift action (something the Cavalier's ability does not allow). Given all that, I'd probably still go with my first ruling, that the length it stays active behaves just like the Cavalier's Tactician feature.
The devs could have a totally different ruling in mind, but I'm just not seeing where it says in the RAW how long it lasts at all.
