okay first of all I want to say the build isn't very great
if you look at the stats you will see why
I went down alot already and many times been at the break of dead
but somehow I love this character and it's fun to play with it
when I get no damage in a fight I see it as a big victory for my character and the whole group laughs with it
I don't want people complaining bout how I f***** up it's stats
I only want some advice I could build it better.
and I took some ranks in linguistics on purpose (we have a giant ally and it was handy if we could communicate with it)

I did a somewhat similar build. If you're interested, here's some ways to max out your stealth, which means you should almost always get the first hit in - preferably one or two sneak attacks.
1. Take a level in Shadowdancer to get Hide in Plain Sight. Use a Rogue Talent to get Minor Magic: Dancing Shadows. http://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic/3rd-party-spells/super-genius-games---3rd-par ty-spells/dancing-shadows
2. Enchant your mithral chain so it's +1 Shadow mithril chain - +5 to stelath
3. Buy the party wizard a Wand of Reduce Person - +2 dex, +1 to hit, +1 to AC, +4 to stealth. Only relevant downside is a -1 to CMD and a reduction of damage dice, which doesn't matter if you're sneak attacking.
At level 8, I had a stealth bonus of somewhere around +22, and as long as we weren't in broad daylight, I could hide right out in the open. (Use Dancing Shadows to reduce normal light to dim light.) Even on a 1, you can beat most people's perception checks. With Fast Stealth (rogue talent), you can position yourself any way you want while remaining hidden.
Another thing you might consider is to start taking levels in Vivisectionist Alchemist. After level 5, really the only thing Rogues have to look forward to is Master Talents and Improved Uncanny Dodge.
