Is there a feat or Archetype for paladins that allows full level casting?

Rules Questions

Paladins cast at level -3. Is there any way to get them to cast at actual Paladin level?

Magical Knack trait will help.

Well, paladins get some spells early too, plus there's that whole full BAB, smite evil and lay on hands stuff to fall back on in a pinch.

I'm already 3rd level so I can't retrain Traits :( Also the fluff doesn't fit with his back story at all I'm afraid.

Anything else?
not so much worried about how many spells he can cast as the saves against them will be so easy to pass with that -3 caster level.

Are saves not based on spell level?

Besides there is a feat that gives you 2 traits, should you change your mind about the fluff vs backstory.

Additional Traits will grant you two more traits for the cost of a feat.

Pick Magical Knack as one of the two.

Note that this will only work if one of your existing traits isn't from the "Magic Traits" section.

Scarab Sages

Yes, you can take the Additional Traits feat and pick up two new traits. Remember the limitations on taking only one trait from any particular category.

There is also a way to increase caster level in PFS based on PP, though it takes quite a few of them and you won't be getting it anytime close to 4th level when you start learning spells.

There's a third party feat that does the job; it's in this Advanced Feats supplement:

Advanced Feats: Witch's Brew

The feat is Improved Caster Level.

You can always go Cleric and prestige into 'Holy Vidicator' Gives you nearly full range of spells with some melee flavor similar to a paladin.
