How much is over-seas (UK) P&P for a $100 level?
I might be able to us a US PO Box, but was wondering the comparison.

Combat Maneuver Bonus and Combat Maneuver Defense are part of Trailblazer (see page 107 of the print book). As Trailblazer came out right around the same time as Pathfinder, it used some of Pathfinder's Open Game Content.Tri - From the preview, they do seem to have upgraded things to be PF-compatible. I noticed that the entries all had CMB and CMD.I should go check my copy. That's a bit strange considering it was supposedly going to be used with Trailblazer.
I think it's more a sign of separate parallel design. The Trailblazer size modifier chart is nothing like the PF one.

Agreed. The first Kickstarter project I ever funded met it's funding on March 21, 2010. While the most recent updated DID finally give a fairly substantial preview PDF, the fact that it's taken TWO YEARS to get there is pretty horrible.
The delays have been far from ideal, but I'm sure the project will get there in the end.
However, the other Kickstarter project I supported at more or less the same time (edit 16 March 2010) is almost definitely vapourware.
(Its not an issue with the great guys at Frog God, but as far as I can see Kickstarter gives you no protection whatsoever if the project achieves its funding but the people behind it never deliver the promised product.)
Woohoo! Free frogs for everyone! (Or something. :) )The last time that we went to the dentist, our dentist gave my son a little bag of plastic frogs as a prize. Each frog is about 2cm long. I was looking at them last night and thought, "Wouldn't it be funny if Frog God Games tossed a little plastic frog like this into each Rappan Athuk box that they ship out?"

After doing a little hunting, I am fairly certain that they are these Little Frogs. There are more paint schemes than shown in the picture. We have some of those shown, but some of the ones we have are painted differently.
By the way, I enjoyed the picture that is on the T-shirt!

I emailed Bill yesterday. I'm hoping that it is not too late to combine shipping of this with my copy of Slumbering Tsar. I know that it will delay my getting Slumbering Tsar, but will mean a savings in shipping and less packaging that I have to deal with in the long run. Besides, I won't be running either adventure for a while.

Also, if you purchase via Kickstarter, you'll be able to tell the Frogs what version you want for both your print version and your PDF. So if you took the $100 pledge, even if the V20 goal wasn't exceeded, you could tell them you want a Pathfinder print version and the Swords & Wizardry PDF, or vice versa.
Currently sitting at $86,666. Which is amusing, but who'll be the patron to mess up such a nice, round number?
I sent out a company-wide memo when we hit that number basically saying that our fans are a bunch of little scamps.
Someone will mess up that perfect number. I am sure someone wants the next level pledge bonus.

I hope that this question hasn't already been asked, but what will Rappan Athuk be "rated." IE PG -13, R, etc...? I'm very interested in buying, but "R" stuff has never interested me.
Well maybe I should clarify...violence isn't an issue. It's stuff like raping, gore, murdering children, etc that I have never liked. So if violence is the only issue, than I'm in!
Pity my eyesight is short so I don't have a driver's license to use Kickstarter.
We hope that you will, through the generosity of those who pledged for this kickstarter, be able to find Rappan Athuk displayed at your local game store due to the fact that distribution will now be possible.
It won't be cheaper this way, but those who like to support their FLGS will be able to do so. Also, I do believe that Paizo will also have some books for sale on their webstore.
Obviously you won't be able to get those extras that kickstarter supporters can, but that is for a reason. Perks are a reward for those who put down money far in advance of a book's publication.

Uhm, yeah, we at FGG (and I think I can speak for everyone on this) Do not play that way. we have scary monsters, and there is definitely a LOT of "killing the bad guys", but none of the other side issues you mention.
Just to give an idea/example: Bill plays his game with his 2 kids, 7 and 10. And more pleasant kids you'll never meet.
Bill's D&D vision is a family-friendly game you can play with younger kids. Although hearing a 6 (or 7 at the time) year old girl squeal "Daddy, I bash the orcs head in with my mace!" is very funny to me.
Really, the violence is just inferred as well. I do not believe we go into any kind of graphic detail at any point, but I'm brain-fried and might be forgetting something.

As a Slumbering Tsar subscriber, an owner of The Black Monastery, and a father, I rate FGG products as "R" for violence. That violence is mainly directed at the PCs (survival rates look low on these adventures).
I'm currently reading through Carrion Crown and I am finding that IT is less kid-friendly than The Black Monastery is.
Just my two cents.

Black Monastary did have full-on demon junk. At least the S&W version. Pathfinder version has a black rectangular "fig leaf" in place censoring the demon junk.
That has more to do with Pathfinder's compatibility license than anything. *shrug* I'm more a prude than most posters, so I don't see an issue of Paizo wants a bit of censorship from its compeditors/allies.

Correct--in a Greek-statue kinda way. I am pretty careful that my 10 year old can see my books--that's my standard.
That's my standard too. Fatherhood (and I assume Parenthood in general) does that to you.
My son loves to look through Papa's "Dragon Books." Anything Pathfinder or D&D is a "Dragon Book" to him. I am eagerly anticipating the day that I can introduce him and his friends to Role-Playing games.

To further wander from the main point of this thread, my alma-mater, Norwich Free Academy has a whole bunch of plaster casts of famous Classical and Renaissance statuary (La Pieta, David, and many others) in the Slater Museum that was donated to the high school many years ago. When they were reassembled, plaster fig leaves were added to the statuary (a common practice of the time). More info here.
It was pretty cool to be able to see such important pieces of art at any time for no cost.
