You could just take the hover feat if it's so important for your build.

Totally valid. But a definite Feat Tax that actually hurts a low-level Archer (which is where this build is debatably broken).
I mean, with that, you need to wait till level 3 as an Archer Fighter before you have both Precise Shot and Rapid Shot. You could have them both at 1st level as a Human.
Lagging two Feats is painful in the early levels for a Feat intensive build like that.
And by 3rd level, Levitate and Glide spells are coming available anyway.
