Oracle's Burden and Clouded vision

How is a target affected by oracle's burden if the oracle has taken the clouded vision curse?

Does this mean that the target sight is simply limited to 30 feet, but without darkvision?

Also, at 5th level, when the oracle's darkvision increases to 60 feet, the target of the curse is still limited normal vision of 30 feet?

Yes

Normal vision is 30' which means he can see color in that range. Darkvision is 60' and limited to black and white.

no benefits - so 30 feet vision, no darkvision, blindsense and static 30 feet vision IMO.
