What PF items would you like to see implemented? Spells, character classes, skills ? Doing something like that would take a hell of a lot of scripting and probably a team to do it. With the age of the game I think some of the more talented members have moved on - I doubt we'll ever see something like the Dragonlance team again.
I'm more satisfied taking what's there already and using it to adopt PF to NWN1 instead of the other way around.I'm fair with scripting and still improving, but I wouldn't try to work on a PF mod by myself. Maybe you could contact the site admins for the mods you mentioned and see if they're interested in doing a Pf mod.
You might want to look at the PRC though, to see whats been done with
changing the game from what's in the box to something closer to what's in the books.
