So technically, I can Overhand Chop on a Sunder attack?
I'm getting this impression because it feels as though you can add any of your main melee damage properties to a sunder attack.
So, if I wanted to use up all of my Rage for the day with Raging Brutality, I could in fact add my Con score to damage as well....

pretty much yeah... you will be able to combo Sunder with most damage/attack boosts...
that it uses/modifies the attack action just makes Sunder even more amenable to qualifying for such bonuses
(e.g. Vital Strike should apply AFAIK)
