How to make good style feats.

Homebrew and House Rules

I'm a capoiesta in real life and want to make a capoiesta style feat, something to do with acrobatics probably.

capoiera

Wrong forum, flagged. Yea, it's weird that Advice about making new stuff goes in Homebrew...but understandable.

I would imagine a few things for this:
* First, take a look at Dragon Style and Dragon Ferocity. If your style feats are anywhere near their powerlevel, your feats are far too powerful.
* Also don't base them off of crane style.

I was thinking something to do with acrobatics.

I think you could easily reskin a monk or bare handed fighter. I think the question becomes what exactly do you imagine this feat doing? Perhaps it's a combat maneuver that uses your acrobatics instead of your cmb...

something to do with acrobatics helps you fight more effectively.

Also if I do make it a monk archetype could you help, I've never made a class before

Moved thread to Suggestions/House Rules/Homebrew forum.

thanks Chris, sorry it was in wrong thread.

could any one help with creating a capoiesta monk archetype?

ah well threads dead.

You have a lot of options.

Spinning Feat
Your extreme speed and balance permit a temporary boost in the accuracy of attacks.
Prerequisites: 5 ranks in Acrobatics, Dex 13
Benefit: When using the full-round attack, you add a bonus to each of your attack rolls. Roll an Acrobatics check and divide the result by 5 (round down, minimum of 1). You may distribute this bonus as you see fit among your attacks during this full-round attack. You may use this feat once per day per Dex modifier.

(For example, if your roll is a 23, then you get a +4. If your attacks are already +9/+4, then you can choose +13/+4, +12/+5, +11/+6, +10/+7, or +9/+8. If your attacks are already +12/+7/+2, then you could choose +12/+9/+4, or any other combination of using up those 4 points.)

Defensive Flurry
Your uncanny footwork and maneuverability provide you with unparalleled protection.
Prerequisites: 5 ranks in Acrobatics, Combat Expertise
Benefit: When using Combat Expertise, you increase your defense bonus without further reducing your attack bonus. Use Combat Expertise normally, and add a bonus of +1 to your AC for every 5 points by which you beat a DC 10 Acrobatics check (so a +0 on a result of 14 or lower, +1 for a result of 15 to 19, +2 for a result of 20 to 24, etc).

Just a couple thoughts off the top of my head. Maybe not what you're looking for, but a way to get you started.

Jenga
Prerequisites: STR 14, DEX 14, Dodge, Mobility, Combat Reflexes, Improved Unarmed

The Capoiera stylist is a master of predicting his opponents' movement and countering it with his own. If the fighter wins initiative, he can voluntarily decide to go last in the round. Doing so grants him a +4 to AC vs. Melee Strikes.

Anyone who attacks the capoiesta and misses during that round suffers and attack of opportunity if he has one remaining. A maximum of one AoO can be used against each target per round due to this technique, even if said target misses more than once.

The fighter must be in light or no armor to use this technique.

I like these feats although people mentioned doing an archetypes instead, how would you go around making a capoiera archytype?
