If a Sap Ninja was using the grapple mechanic, if he decided to deal damage would he add his sneak attack damage as well?
Being grappled does not deny your opponent their dexterity bonus to AC, although being pinned does. So no, you would not deal sneak attack just from that, unless I missed something.
