So, I understand that weather is out of peoples control, and the current shipping delays are directly a result of that. However, the two bricks of Battles mini's on my January order were meant to be Christmas presents. I ordered them back when the release was planned for December. Obviously that release date was scrapped, and it was moved to January. I was initially fine with that.

Now, though, I've been waiting since then, many people who pre-ordered have already received their product, and it looks like mine won't ship any time this week. To make it worse, every game store in the area has product in stock, and many of them are offering better deals on bulk than you guys (Jetpack comics in Dover, NH, is offering bricks at $50, no sales tax, no shipping, for example). Now, the order is pending, which, to my understanding means I am powerless to change it. I was just wondering if there was anything at all that could be done to help me out here.

The reason your minis have not already shipped is because you chose to have them shipped with the earliest possible subscription shipment, as opposed to having them ship as soon as possible. The people who preordered and already have theirs elected to have them shipped as soon as possible, and therefore paid a separate shipping and handling fee.

Your subscription is indeed pending at the moment. It is, in fact, in the shipping queue which we are furiously working through in order to get back on track after this week's delays.

I am very sorry for the delay. Your order will be shipping out either today or early next week. Please rest assured that we are doing everything we can to get people their stuff as soon as possible.

Yeah, I understand. I was just really frustrated yesterday, mostly at the owner of the LGS that I typically avoid, and his refusal to actually sell me product that he had on hand because he didn't want to open another box of the minis. Receiving such poor customer service after a frustrating day of providing actual good customer service puts me in a horrible mood. Plus, I live in New England. Stopping business because of non-appocalypse level snow is a foreign concept to us (kidding, I know things are different around there, especially since you guys don't deal with nearly the amount of snowfall we do)

Anyway, I appologize for adding to an already hectic day, and appreciate the status update.
