Are the Black Dragons available still or not?
If I add a case + dragon to my shopping cart as guest, it lets me but then it pulls it when I log in. If I'm already logged in, the add button is gone.
At the moment, I believe black dragons are available only to case subscribers, not as singles. So you should be able to start a subscription and buy one, but not just buy a case of minis and buy one.

You can still subscribe to the Pathfinder Battles Case subscription and start with Heroes and Monsters and get the Black Dragon (for $3.75).
In order to get a Black Dragon with a regular case order, the preorder had to be placed by October 1st, 2011.

I am a subscriber and I already got mine. I like them enough I was considering getting another.
If you'd like to change your subscription to get more than one copy, you can adjust it via your My Subscription page and then let customer service know and we can get you the second set.

You can get as many cases as we have available. On your My Subscriptions page there is an option to adjust the quantity. If you haven't had a shipment from the subscription yet, or if your most recent case has already shipped, you will need to contact customer service to set up the second case's order.
You get one case premium per case ordered.
