I'm only up around 5 so far, but the day is young :)

Curses! Foiled again!
No, I was not aware of that.

Also, I believe they said last week that their goal was to release them at 2PM US West Coast time. This means I wait for Thursday morning.
Thanks for the info, I'll try to remember next time.
But, for the sake of what little pride I still have, can we stop bumping this thread? It's embarrassing enough that it's here, much less at the top of the list.
Thanks :)
Yeah, stop bumping the thread guys.
Agreed, no point in bumping the thread and bringing attention to it.
Stop! You're making it worse!
You guys should read more thoroughly...

See! I'm not an idiot after all!
Thanks, Eric :)

D'oh! That was my mistake. Which I then repeated several times. It's the January 18 blog. We'll fix...
..... Is this blog suffering from snowpocolapse 2012?
Is it bad that I'm already checking the blog to see if tomorrow's post is up yet?
Seriously guys stop bumping =) *purr*
I find it phenomenal that GW decides to put out a new blog on a Wednesday. To me, Wednesday is also new comic book day. So, while every Wed is good for me, every other Wed is great.
It's not up yet.... *sniff*
Nihimon wrote: It's not up yet.... *sniff* If what Caineach said is accurate there's another 6 hours to go ^^
Zidash wrote: Nihimon wrote: It's not up yet.... *sniff* If what Caineach said is accurate there's another 6 hours to go ^^ Yeah, the thread for the last blog was posted at 4PM my time, which is 2PM Pacific.
I don't imagine that will stop me from checking, though :)
10PM here then... almost thursday xD
I'm clicking right now. :D
Our intent is to post new blogs at 2 PM Pacific.*
*Not a guarantee that it will always happen on time!
Early today! And phenomenal, to boot!

So, it's like 5:30 on the West Coast... Y'all wouldn't just go home without posting a new blog and not even say anything about it, would you?

LOL, I'm sorry :)
Can you tell I'm excited?
My sincere apologies.

Lol Nihimon, you are losing your sanity.
Perhaps you should save yourself a few f5 presses, there's a firefox extension called update scanner or a program called notipage
that can let you know when the blog has updated without a continous refreshing of the page.
It should be any minute now...
I just clicked!
Damn. It's Tuesday.
17 more hours!!
I hope this next blog post outlines GW plans to start beta testing next week, and that Blackuhuru has been selected as one of the core beta testers.
The blog will go onto explain that there is a link in my PM box with a 20g DL of the alpha client and to feel free to log in anytime to start testing.

Lol you can dream, but from the sounds of things the most that can be hoped for is them to have decided on and purchased a middleware... which most likely would require at least 6 months of coding to actually make the game, then at least 2 months of alpha testing (these are all rock bottom numbers that are estimates). Then possibly we can start killing eachother for the beta invites..., dang I wish I were more charismatic and clearer thinking to actually get myself for a video.
Chris taking the day off or what?... sheesh...
*Rolls eyes and shakes head*
Another hour and 11 minutes before I start twitching :)
Nihimon wrote: I start twitching :) I can't say that I twitch in anticipation of these blogs, but I do look forward to them. It's like watching an artist complete a beautiful painting one brush stroke at a time.

Well, I don't literally start twitching. I was just trying to give expression to the excitement I feel about the game in general, and the new blogs in particular.
Blogs should be every half hour! Even if it's how many bagels they ate in the break room.... mmm bagels.
Mark needs to start stepping up his game and give us some blog action every week along with Ryan's posts (:
I understand Mark only communicates in code but he could hire a translator...
I'd rather have infrequent regular information from someone intimately involved with the actual work that frequent regular updates from a PR drone.

Well, since neither Paizo nor Goblinworks have such a creature, you're in luck!

Well, since neither Paizo nor Goblinworks have such a creature, you're in luck! Just suggesting you keep it that way. At some point somebody might say "You could pay a liberal arts major a lot less than my hourly rate to write better content." The business math will even work out, if you make a few wrong assumptions.
From the Time is the Fire in which We Burn blog of March 14th:
Quote: Since the last blog, we've moved closer to finalizing our middleware, and we're also about to make our first hires outside of the executive team! We should have more to share on those topics in the next few blogs. I hope we get something specific on these fronts today...
My f5 key is *most* unhappy at the moment. Checking every 5 minutes probably won't make it post faster....but I don't know. Maybe just one more time....
*taps his foot impatiently*
