Flurry of Blows + Attack of Opportunity and Flaming Sphere

Hello!

I'm new to the game and I have a few questions...

1. In attacks of opportunity, when you get your attack window, could you use flurry of blows or the multiple attacks that come with higher levels? Or is it only a single attack?

2. For Flaming Sphere, does it continually lasts as long as it's active, enabling it to damage multiple people with one casting?

1. Unless you have the Combat Reflexes feat, you can only make one Attack of Opportunity per turn. Additionally, you can only make one attack per opportunity, so to speak.

2. Flaming Sphere remains active over its entire duration, and can be moved with a Move action. If I remember correctly, anything it overlaps when its movement ends is damaged by it. So yes, you could damage multiple people with it, just not on the same turn.
